Camps and other Group Events

All sections will offer either a nights away sleepover/camping or extra activity each term and we would encourage all our young people to take part in these experiences.

Beavers will be expected to take part in a sleepover and 1 or 2 nights away under canvas during their time.

Cubs will be offered approximately 10 nights away camping and many Scout will earn their 20 nights away badge.

Our Group Camp takes place every 2 years whereby all sections will camp together for the weekend.

Camping is a fundamental part of Scouting with new skills and relationships formed during these times, so it is important that they attend.

All are events are charged at cost prices and we always try and keep costs to a minimum, however if you do need support with camp fees please let us know.
