Subscription Fees

Our fees are £120 per year, or alternatively £30 per quarter or £10 per month.

Fees should be paid at the beginning of the month, quarter or year, regularly and on time.

The simplest way is to set up a standing order online through your internet banking. Please request bank details here:- gsl18thdorking@outlook.com

Please use your child’s name as a reference. ie Smith/Subs or Smith/Camp Our preferred method of payment is standing order or bank transfer.

However, we will also accept cheques (made payable to 18th Dorking Scout Group) or cash if absolutely necessary.

The fees we receive go towards, hall hire charges, activities, consumables, badges and insurance. Therefore, it is importantly that these are paid in a timely manner.

Paying regularly makes everything run smoothly and saves us spending our valuable free time chasing subs. If you’re not sure when you last paid we can tell you.

The Scouts use a very powerful phrase ‘Scouting for All’, and here at the 18th we really mean it. If, for whatever reason you can’t manage payment, please do let us know. We would always rather young people have the opportunity than not! Please come and talk to your section leader or Group Scout Leader.
